We bought an air cooler from Symphony on 27th May'12 and by 11th June'12. It started giving problems.Finally, it stopped working after 14 days.An engineer after many phone calls arrived and said will get back in 3 days as the part of the fan which was damaged wasn't with him at that moment.
However, after 2 weeks of disappearance when asked, he said the fan is not in guarantee period and hence he cannot do anything and we need to contact customer care.Unfortunately, since then no one bothers to answer the call or do anything to resolve the problem from customer care.It's 28th July'12 today and in 2 months.
The experience has been so harrowing that we swear to purchase no more products from them and advise the same to others also.
