I brought a Symphony water cooler in April 2013.In less then 3 months the pump has stopped working. I had lodged a complaint on 01-06-2013.
Complaint ID is BPC-1F13004. No one have attended the complaint as yet. Whilst in company SMS, it was claimed that the engineer would attend the complaint within 12 hrs.
I can't believe that the popular brand like symphony could have this much poor service. We purchase branded items only in hope of better service after sales.
