I have been using this air cooler from past 2 years and I believe the biggest setback of this product is it high price.
Though symphony is a well known brand , which ensures product reliability and durability, but they seems fail this time with this product.
If you have a big room with king size and you expect proportionate air throughout the room, then I suggest to look for some other cooler. You can go symphony jumbo which is completely value for money. It cost you around 10000 bucks, and is pretty good.
