Although coolers from Symphony are electricity efficient and they are easy to carry around but the performance of the pump of this cooler is very poor. I had purchased this cooler last year, and in one year I had to pay for replacing the pump thrice. Pumps have a warranty of only 6 months, and for every visit I had to pay Rs 1200.
The control panel of this cooler where all the buttons are located, are delicate. Some of these buttons have already stopped responding, and to repair it, the whole board needs to be replaced, which would cost extra bucks.
If Symphony could make quality pumps and control panel, then this cooler is a wonderful option.
