I purchased Symphony Winter cooler 0n 8th May 2012. First season was so so. When this summer I started cooler, after two days its fan's one blade automatically broken. As per my knowledge they provide one year warranty. In this case my cooler in warranty period.
But when I connected to its service center they told me that we do not provide warranty on plastic part. Friends I would like to tell you that all parts of cooler are made of plastic. Then what is the meaning of warranty. Some one connected with me this morning and told that he would come at 6 pm around.
But no one came. and I am facing very hot :-(
