Symphony is a worst company. If you are thinking for a new cooler, you might attracted by symphony coolers design, their Ads etc.

But reality is different. I had purchase Symphony winter just 1 month ago, and it creates bad noises and smell. I have call their customer care 3 - 4 times and register complaint on IRS but there is no response, even they do not have specific proper nodal offices, proper service centers in India.

This is really bad since there is no proper servicing or response. If you are going to buy any symphony product, beware.

Symphony Air cooler carries 1 year warranty as per Owner’s Manual.
To avail under warranty services give a photocopy of the valid purchase bill to service engineer.
