I am an unfortunate owner of Symphony Winter cooler. I requested for service of my cooler on 05.05.2012. One technician visited my premises and told that pump and cooling pads needs to be replaced. I asked him to change both the items and give me receipt for the money being paid. He left without doing anything on the pretext that the pump he brought for replacement was faulty. After that there was no response from Symphony. I again lodged service complaint on 14.05.2012 with call no. DET-14E12008. I was assured that within 24 hours their customer care official contact me and sort out the matter. But till date nobody has contact inspite of my email reminder to the co. This company boasts of word class customer care.


It is a blunder to purchase Symphony cooler because it can be serviced by their service centre only. They  charge Rs. 750/- for pump,  whereas similar pump is available in 150-200 in market. They do not want to give receipt for the money you pay towards replacement of parts and service charges. All my complaints have failed to evoke response from co. Anybody want to purchase Symphony cooler should take an informed decision.
