I need the new cooler so I searchout one or two brands in the nearby shop as symphony name is famous in this product category I purchased it in 17 april 2009 although its performance is well but just after 15 days it goes down and fan and cooler moters stop working when I call the company authorized service centre in jaipur .the service personal come to my room and says its motors has some trouble but he somehow make cooler to work alright at that time and says the trouble was due to may be off elctrical surges or due to heavy salt scaling inside compartment of cooler .


Well again it start working but just near 24 may it again goes down now again call to company and mechanic comes and this time says the motor or blower is dead and need to be replaced well I says ok now what lol when I tried to several days several time on phone to service centre they always says part is unavailable even in jaipur like metro city and I suffer the whole suffer without comfort of cooler as those idiots of service centre replace the blower /motor when whole summer goes off and winter was nearby in month of august .


Well at that time I put that cooler aside now when I again open in march 2010 its motor is again gone off I again call and then service mechanic come and change the motor again and cooling pad of Rs 300 by saying that may be cooling pads were full of water salt alright it works few days and near 16 april it went off again now when I lodge the complain they says warranty was off now I paid 150 apx service charge and 120 apx condenser charge but they said any problem in cooler in period of one month was sort without labor charges as one time service charge was valid for one month .now I again start using it but in may when just 2 days remain in expiry of the service period it again went off now agian I call the company ssc they says motor was blown and near 2000 rs will be charge of new part .now at that time my mind went off I call to company delhi office number they gave me number of mr kg sharma area service incharge rajasthan when I talk to him he satisfied me by saying bring that cooler to centre we will change it free of cost well I put the cooler there and after a month with several calls to centre they change the motor when I says what happen the motor was dead 3 times what was the reason he has no answer .


Well in 2010 summer I also suffer heat without cooler now its is not perfectly working its blower speed is gone so slow near half of prior speed after it again comes from service centre .well is it work well that will be I notice in 2011 summer hopefully.


Well I doesn't recommend even to lookout symphony brand as it was just waste of precious time and money and comfort its better to use local made steel or wooden cooler that I still using from many years they are economic, low maintainance and low running cost although they cause more humidity than brands like symphony etc but after all thats are worth of money
