Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that I purchase a Symphony Jumbo air cooler from your dealer in Dhanbad
(Jharkhand) on 18.05.17
Since the day 1 the cooler is not working properly and its speed is very slow.I raised a complain via
my service request no. DH-CC-23E17006. Mechanic visited my place and told me that motor seems weak. He
went back with a promise that the same will be sorted out. Before leaving he asked for secret code of
my service request no which I didn't give to him. But no one came back.
Again I raised a new complaint via my service request no. DH-CC-29E17002, but instead of solving the
problem every time they visit my place and promise to change the motor and ask for my service request
secret code no. It seems that they are not interested to solve the problem and but somehow wants to get
the secret code no to show to the company that the customer is satisfied and to close the complain.
In spite of spending a sum of Rs. 10500/- I am toiling in the scorching summer for last 2 weeks.This
kind of service was not expected from a brand like symphony. My dealer tried to sell me cooler of local
brand but I emphasized for symphony in the hope of a good quality product and services.
If my complaint doesn't get sorted out in next 10 days, I will not have any option but to move to
consumer forum for deficiency in quality and service during warranty period. And I will also claim for
cheating and mental harassment damage of Rs. 5000/- other than the cost of my purchase i.e. 10500/-
