My neighbour recently bought this Symphony jumbo cooler as the temperature is rising at a very hoping rate and without a cooler it's very hard now. They bought it from a store nearby from the market. The size of the cooler is fine to chill their home. But the problems started from the next day after bringing this machine in their house.
Firstly the motor burned off and when they took it to the dealer it was found that there was aluminium winding! Even though it was claimed that it's copper.
Later the dealer changes it after 2 weeks and took another two thousand rupees. Awful service and totally unreliable service. Disappointed a lot.
