In my opinion it is a summer gift from Symphony to customer .It make room cool even at peak season of summer. If you cannot afford AC take this one.I do not need any service till I buy so I cannot tell about it, but cooling is excellant with no sound.Quite satishfy with this cooler.It make summer pleasant for the one who cannot afford AC.It make room colder at night time, sometimes I switch it off.It is good for students who are staying away from home and facing hard season.
