I bought swish a week ago. This is the new model with digital meter.

The scooter looks stylish and has some cool multicolor variants too. The clock on the digital panel and point to point kilometer tracker are cool features. I like the clock especially when i'm driving late night which helps me check time without struggling with my watch in the dark. The design of the scooter overall is cool and trendy and the pickup now looks good. The vehicle is quite light compared to Honda aviator. The telescopic suspension gives comfortable drive and the seat height is good for average people. Standard accessories include necesary one's like both mirrors, side stand etc., unlike honda where you need to buy even the necessary stuff.

Now the things I would like to improve, I feel the engine is noisy compared to Honda. Pickup is good but vehicle looks pretty delicate in construction compared to aviator or activa. Brakes are ok and at 40-60 km it gives decent control.

Another serious concern is about the dealer/service centers of Suzuki. I bought from KNR Suzuki(Chandapura /Anekal) and the dealer is simply pathetic. The showroom ambience is the worst(compared to yamaha, tvs, honda or anybody in the same range). They have a couple of mechanics who does not even know how to fit the accessories(not to mention the amount of time they take to fit simple accessories). Fixing the armour guards screwed up the seat lock and it took a week to give the manual and other papers. Even the invoice needs to be specifically asked for:) I TERRIBLY DOUBT SUZUKI's QUALITY ASSURANCE AND MINIMUM STANDARD's  REQUIREMENT that is used for evaluating and considering their authorized dealers/sub dealers. You cant compare them to Honda or even Yamaha dealers. However after complaining to Suzuki through their website everything was given the next day.

Another problem could be resale value. Honda activa/aviator has the same demand as the new one's. I sold it on olx in 2 days at a very good price. I doubt this one might not be that smooth:)

Also as I mentioned before, the engine is already noisy. I had aviator and activa before and when I bought them the engine was very quiet though both are powerful scooters. This one is already noisy. But lets wait and watch.

The vehicle is comfortable to drive. I'm 5"8 and there is no problem in sitting posture or driving control. The digital panel for odometer is cool and it has trip meter and stuff like that. Another thing I noticed is that even though the vehicle appears light weight it does not seem to be having any problem with strong winds when you drive in elevated highways. Suzuki seems to have done a great job by design in avoiding such issues.

So overall its a good scooter and is cheaper than aviator with some cool features not found in others. So if you are not the one that runs after the crowd and can find a great dealer its worth a shot.
