This is my 12th reminder to you regarding the prizes, my friends & I won in different contest of HUL more than 2 years ago, which we have not received yet.
I had participated in the Axe deodarant contest, by calling on the Axe helpline number 09987333333, in April 2009 and won an iPhone4. An executive from your office called me saying that I have won this iphone, took my contact details and told me that I will receive my prizes very soon. Since then I have been waiting for my prizes to reach me.
Secondly, my room partners and I had registered on the website, https://brandpower.in, for free samples of 1kg Surf Excelmatic washing powder in August 2008. But none of us received our sample packets till now.
Thirdly, my friends & I had won Pond’s gift hamper, by participating in the contest on your website https://pondssalaameishq.com, in January 2009. and we are yet to receive those prizes also.
What are you guys upto? Time and again you have failed to dispatch our prizes. If you have no intentions to distribute your valuable items to insignificant people like us, and we are amongst your regular customers, then why do you start these contests/promotional campaigns in the first place? This is very unprofessional, irresponsible and fraudulent attitude of HUL company.
And what to talk about HUL’s ‘highly efficient’ Customer Care Executives(or should I say, Customers Harassment Executives)? Talking to them will not solve your problem and you will end up utterly frustrated with their oft-repeated questions. Talking to them is like banging your head on the wall, nothing will happen to the wall(HUL and its executives) but you(customers) will literally end up with an “open mind”. Now its upto you whether you want to redress my grievances or not but kindly do not refer it to your Customer Care Department. Its completely pointless talking to those useless executives and I don’t want to hear their voices at all.
Kindly pay heed to my grievances and dispatch our prizes immediately. For this I will be grateful to you.
