We had shifted from Pune to Amravati. Being cheapest of all the quotations we had collected, we preferred this company. But later on, after packing and loading the luggage, there were hidden and undeclared charges slammed on us. Further, after reaching Amravati, we came to know there was only truck with luggage and driver. The company did not send in labour along to unload. We had to arrange our own labour to unload in a city where we had no known people there. In addition, there was a part of luggage missing. It was left out in the company's warehouse. When we contacted the company people back there in Pune, they replied like we have to arrange to shift the left out on our own from the company's warehouse. All in all, highly unreliable and worst service in this competitive world.
