I used their services to ship household items and car from Pune to Agra. They charged for all the things insurance, taxes and delivery charges( Door to door) but car insurance was not provided, car petrol tank was empty on delivery, household items were not carried to home my old parents tolled all the items all the items to house.
I will definitely take action against these fraudulent behavior and suggest all guys never to take their services they are big time liars n thieves. The packing guys asked me for tip when I refused they removed around 16 CFL Lamps from my items few new clothes and also when I called their boss he said it happens.what the heck man it happens.this is how they treat their customers.
