Pasta is an Italian dish, now very popular in India .
People have been eating Pasta & Noodles like staple food.
It might taste good but its not healthy.
Pasta is noodle made from unleavened dough mixed with water and made into different shapes .
Pasta is of 2 main type
1.Dried pasta
2.Fresh pasta
Pasta are first boiled then cooked and various types of sauce are added to it.
Now ready to cook pasta are available in market like Sunfeast pasta where cooking instructions are given on the pack.
But it is not healthy as it is made from White flour or maida, then the flavouring agent contains high amount of MSG(mono sodium Glumate) which is very harmful, the various types of sauces which are added contains high amount of Sodium .
So this all makes a very bad combination and unhealthy food option. These types of food should be avoided.
I had tried Sunfeast Instant Pasta once but I did not liked its taste.
It cannot be compared with the taste of authentic Indian dishes which are healthy and delicious.
