I've been using sundrop refined oil since past few months. Was earlier using coconut oil for cooking. However, I decided to move to sunflower oil when I learnt that using vegetable oil is better for people having high cholesterol levels. Its basically good for people having heart problems
Have Ben using this oil for cooking and sometimes even in baking recipes as a substitute for butter . I was impressed with the fact that this oil taste so much better than coconut oil, especially in baking. Moreover the cost of this oil is comparatively lower than most other oils available in the market today.
The oil is not very greasy and doesnt create much of a mess and hence, easy to clean the dishes.
