I bought this product 2 years ago and and I didn't do mucj of research but this product looking at the brand I was sure what could go bad as it is a big company and there wont be any problems with it so I got this one .
Everything went ok for 2 years. And there was some issues about the battery efficiency but not much to consider.
So the days went by but the problems were not much.
After 2 years it started giving probelms of battery .
It would die and also not efficient enough to survive the hours and one day it just started making noises and disturbing all of us.So I called support and told them to send somebody, to which they did .
They were clueless when they arrived and had no idea.They said they have to replace the batteries which I paid and they did.But still I face the power and battery problems and the product I dont think will last again for next 2 years.After such experience I just cannot recommend it.So I will not tell you to buy this .So it is a no from my side.
