I had borrowed this book from my cousin for studying a subject in 4th semester of my MBA programme. I had been told by my teacher to refer this book for Strategic Market Management, I had went to a book store to buy this book but its for Rs 6000, so I decided to borrow this book from my cousin who had bought this book a year before for his MBA programme.
This book is a must read for marketing professionals in order to adapt and survive in the competitive business environment. It gives examples of recent happenings in the business world and also has a lot of interesting case studies. I have got to say that Mr. David Aaker has done an excellent job with this book and has put light on many aspects of strategic market management which are not available in such detailed manner in other books. Overall its a very good book, but its too costly so if you seriously need one try to find it in some library or go for a second hand copy.
