it was my wife;s birthday and i thought of giving a surprise to my wife by sending a cake and flowers....so i used indiatimes.com

After paying online at about 11:15 A.M ,..i was expecting gift to be delivered at 3:00 P.M...i waited til 4..but gift was not delievered....

i called up customer care ,,they didnt had any clue..
i called customer care at 5.....they said gift will reach by 8:30
i called customer care at 6...to re-confirm.....they said gift will reach 9:00
i called customer care at 7....after a long long wait,,someone attended me ,,,,he didnt had any idea

i am calling customer care from 8 to 9:45 and none is picking up phone...its my wife’s birthday today and i wasnt able to give a surprise to my wife ...because of indiatimes.

i am in deep pain and i am crying while writing this feedback....

so friends please please please please please DO NOT USE INDIATIMES.....
