Dear Readers,
On 21.01.2007, I have paid Rs. 420.- through my credit card and promptly being debited it
for an years subscription of Filmfare. Guess what? So far one magazine
delivered in the month
of February and thats it. No more deliveries through their so called agent
"Bennett, Coleman & Co. Ltd."
I wanted to try out for the first time a subscription through the internet and see whether it works
and here it is, the totally lousy and disgusting service ever. In the beginning, I thought that
I would rather subscribe for 3 years at a stretch but my wife warned me to try the minimum
validity to see whether it works.
In the meantime, I have notified the non-delivery of magazines through their feedback mask
and keep getting that the message will be taken care but happend nothing whatsoever
Indiatimes shopping service is a total bullshitter!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hands of from these cowboys who are only interested in pocketing the funds and
don`t give it a dammn when it comes to customer service !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

In the mean time, I have been informed by a reviewer through his comments that the portals
like Indiatimes shopping is only charging a small commission for merchandising the Filmfare
Magazine from the orginal Vendor. Now I could understand that the black cat is the Vendor.
However, Indiatimes shopping should ensure that their credibility is not lost because they
are acting as an immediate counterparty to its customers and charging them direct payment
for which customer service should be efficient. Or else, they better keep their hands off
to save bad names in the public
