I had ordered flowers online at Indiatimes Shopping for my fiance in Bangalore and paid Rs.475, and what was delivered was
absolute crap.
1) First of all, there were only 13 flowers when
the product description said 16.
2) All the "flowers" were actually buds, not flowers.
3) Most of the buds were dying, discolored, shrivelled and wrinkled.
The product was NOT worth Rs.475 (Rs.75 would have been more appropriate). If I had the time to stop at a store and pick up flowers, I would have gotten something FAR FAR better.
When I called the shop from where the flowers were delivered (Floral Designs on Vittal Malya Road) he tried blaming on the weather. Well, if he does not have the equipment and processes to keep flowers fresh throughout the year, then he should not be in the floral business. If he bought ice cream and was served molten cream because its summer, will he accept? I have complained to Indiatimes and am hoping for my money back or the product replaced, however after reading other users experiences here, I doubt if I will even get a reply.
Thanks
