Sales team made wrong commitments during sale of blue membership. Some of the concerns are mentioned below:-
1) Sales team updated wrong contact number for verification. My secondary number( my wife's number) was updated as primary number.
2) Sales person asked us not to ask any queries during verification call and gave the assurance to clear all the concerns afterwards.
3) During the sale they have not mentioned about the 2 years membership of RCI. We were told that we would get the 25 years RCI membership.
4) Sales team have not mentioned about the renewal fee of RCI membership. Later I called Sales person about this concern and he updated me that I have to pay Rs 3000 for annual renewal fee for RCI but I re-confirmed it from my relationship manager, the charges are Rs 8000+.
5) Sales team have not mentioned about the long-haul and sort-haul exchange fee for RCI. They told us that we have to pay only Rs 7000 for RCI exchange.
6) During the sale, Sales team told us that Non-Member can't book Sterling resorts but I can book all the Sterling resorts from Makemytrip and Yatra.
I raised the above concerns to my relationship manager multiple times and we had a meeting last month to resolve these concerns.
After that I have not hared anything back from Sales team as well and Relationship team. Till now nothing happened to resolve the above concerns.
Relationship manager and Sales team set up a meeting yesterday to resolve these concerns but nobody called me up and I was awaiting for their call.
I tried to reach Sales team and relationship manager multiple time but nobody is answering the calls.
This is totally unacceptable non-professional behaviour.
Till now its been a pathetic experience with Sterling holidays.
