My parents got the membership of Sterling Holidays Resorts on 2nd Oct 2016. In the first week itself because of medical urgency in my family they requested for the cancellation of their membership. After a long procedure they were ready to refund our money in the month of April 2017. They(Sterling Holidays) refunded it through card reversal process in my debit card of PNB on 7th April 2017. As they are saying Rs 59472 is debited from their account on 20th April 2017 but till date it has not been credited in my account. I enquired with my bankers and regional head of PNB. He informed me that this case should be resolved by Sterling Holidays. If not, they suggested me to put the case in consumer forum. Since last eight months I am in contact with them but not getting any result till date. And every time they say the same thing and send me similar replies without any effort to resolve the issue.
Don’t fall in their trap. They will take money from you by showing greener pasture and once your money is with them, they just forget about their commitment. I will strongly recommend everyone to not use their service at all as their service is not at all professional. I have filed a case and I hope that I’ll get my hard earned money now.
