My father was the primary owner of the membership. He passed away 8 years ago. We submitted all documents requirement to change the membership to my mom's name immediately after he passed. But, nothing has happened till now. To add to that, they lost all of the original documents we submitted when they moved offices. Don't ever spend your valuable money for this membership, it is a complete waste and will cause you more problems and pain instead of making you happy. Stay away from Sterling, period.
