State Bank of India is the largest public sector bank. It has reached in every part of the India. In this bank more than 65% government employee has account. It provides all types of services i.e. phone banking, internet banking, ATM service, etc. Work environment of this bank is not good. Employee working in SBI does not know how to behave. They do not behave properly, they behave like boss of bank. Though, SBI higher management announces they are giving good services but this is not true.
