Out of services provided by all banks, this is the worst of its kind. i'm an account holder since half year, and i'm fed up of this services.
-phone banking; just for the name sake. I can download a whole 1 GB movie by the time I complete the payment in SBI phone banking. and sometimes have to repeat it for a couple of times before finally making the payment successful
-ATM services; Biggest nightmare for the account holders because there are many ATM but the only problem is either they are out of cash or out of service itself.
-customer service; here is the best part. customer service is really good until taking the complaint. but after that, nobody knows what happens after that. and the complaint just vanish.
If you have any respect to the name India in your company name, please provide better service.
I wish I could rate zero star.
