Last many years I have open my a/c in sbi gurgaon sector 4 branch. I did'nt get any benefit which other banks are giving. There is no any service regarding phone banking. Even if we call to customer care first we have to give the more details after completing the details they say which details u have given to us not exist. So there's no any service which they are giving on call. Any situation we have to visit branch. There are less atm's of sbi and all are cashless. Atm transaction charges are very high when we are withdrawing. Even internet banking is not usefull whenever in have to transfer the amount to other a/c loging show error many times. So this is not usefull. In case god bless us and call connect to sbi customer care we ask regarding our query they take too much time to resolve the issue and put our call on hold atleast 5 min it is ridiculous. And after that they come on call without resolution and try to make us fool.
Really they are answerless. They don't have full knowledge regarding there policy, services etc. When we push us regarding issue resolution. There answer is contact to your branch.
So I m unhappy with this bank
