Let's start the journey from begining. As soon as I stepped in I saw about 150 people hovering in the branch. This gave me an impression that this might be the ideal bank of every indians. I tried to get an account opening form and got it. Filled the form and asked a bank employee what to do next. He didn't reply, I asked him again. He repliedcan't u see the line. Go stand there. I stood around 30 min and about 50 people were standing before me. I tried to enquire about the matter that why the line is not moving and got to know the system is not functioning. After 2 hours my form got submitted and finally the account was opened.
They said first atm transaction should be from sbi atm only. As per their saying I went to SBI atm after 3 days to activate my atm the machine was totally blank nothing functioning. Again I made a effort to do the same after 6 days. I was successfull this time. Ok now evererything was working well untill I got to know about internet banking, no doubt internet banking of sbi is the easiest one but who cares if your trnsaction get failed due to server problem. Pathetic internet banking.
When I went to complain for the same I got to see the senario same as the first day. No one is bothered about my complain everyone busy in their work. I don't know what they do behind the computer because the line dosen't seems to move. People stands for 2-3 hours for a simple opening of account. You can very well get the impression of the customer service. They act such that they are providing services for free. If I ever call phone banking they sounds like why should I even talk to you, I am sleepy bii. Very rude and arrogant at times. This bank is going to be sold off very soon.
