In April 2015 the Appraiser named Sri Narsing goldsmith from General Bazaar came to State Bank Of India St Johns Road Branch East Maredpally Secunderabad-500026, and attempted to rob the small droplet by breaking with his fingers and placing it in his box right in front of me. Immediately I pointed out & he apologised.
On 19th October 2015, the Lady Branch Manager at St Johns Road Branch East Maredpally Secunderabad-26, calls for me inside her cabin and humiliates me with bias and prejudice. She quotes the 18 carat gold rate of Rs.1465/= instead of the 22 carat gold as previously specified i.e. around Rs1800/=. I declined to avail the gold loan under the circumstances of being cheated and my gold undervalued and wrongly categorized. Since April 2015 I have been harassed and only to be cheated and my gold undervalued. I just wanted to avail minimum Rs.20000/= of gold loan. Conclusively, the Lady Branch Manager of SBI St Johns Road Branch supports the cheat goldsmith and attempts to cheat me by under rating the 22 carat gold as 18 carat gold.
It is shocking that such responsible Bank Officials can resort to such cheating practices supporting the criminal goldsmith named Narsing who is also Appraiser for several other Banks in Secunderabad.
