More transaction charges. Review on State Bank Of India

I am a SBI customer and had a savings bank account in SBI and also a debit card keep my balance 0 rupees from 3 months because of its high charges I am a student and I do small transactions many times then they are charging every time if a transaction is feel your they are charging 17 rupees I think is right to charge a value transaction for that much amount so I had left to use the account and more than that from April 1 it had taken a rule that you have to maintain 2000 rupees in urban area in bank account is it possible for students or poor people so I had left the bank now Internet banking services offered by them at some less charges and ATM also available in there are many atms available we know to withdraw cash or to transfer the cash and customer service representative also good I think accept the charges of High cost all things are good
