I have a sbi account and I have lost access to it for not using it for a long time. Recently I was in urgent need of money and tried to draw some money from my savings account.
I was shocked that around 1200rs was missing and really didn't get any alert. I have opted for changing the mobile number. They say its done and even then I don't receive any messages.
If speak with them strongly and ask them for the reason they say write us a letter and we terminate your account. I really feel very bad when I have to visit such places for service again.
The attitude of the workers there should really change.
