In this bank the employee t not good they don't know to talk with any person I went to bank for issue of my ATM card is not working properly and I said to then how to do and what to do he said write a application letter for of your ATM card issue it is not working properly and I said OK I written a letter and he say go come after 2days after he said talk to customer care
And this all happened and u should not try for this bank it is a waste bank. They can improve by changing there rules they can improve by this changes they should improve customer service and all problems they should solve that good of customer service like state bank of Hyderabad it is a good bank.
