Approached SBI Madipakkam branch chennai for educational loan for my daughter. I have all the required supporting documents. The manager simply said we dont have enough staff to process the loan and now we simply stopped giving educational loan. She asked me to approach guindy branch. They said to contact home branch only. If they dont reply properly the guindy branch staff asked to email the query to customer care. As they said just emailed all the story. After few days I am getting mail to contact home branch manager(Madipakkam). It was so terrible since the bank did not take any action against the branch manager who refused to process the loan application.
Its really annoying and disappointing and now just blank to proceed further.
