I feel this review is:
I opened an account with State bank of India about 2 months ago. I opened this account for some scholarship purpose and I was not really satisfied by the service the bank offered. The bank provides an average or I can say below an average services to their customers because at the time of opening the account I waited for around two hours at the bank due to insufficient staff and as we say first impression is the last impression which was certainly very poor. I hoped a little more from the State bank of India but it has dissoppointed me.
