This is Tarun from delhi, I have been a customer for more than a decade.
If I talk about my overall experience with SBI it was a long relation with SBI a long ago.
But now I am also a customer of AXIS, ICICI & Yes bank, and after banking with these private sector banks , I am really very happy with the prompt sercives in branch as well which I never got with SBI.
- I faced a very bad experince with SBI when it was required to update my new phone number in account but as per bank regulations , An Account holder can only update phone by visiting his own branch, it means I have to travel to my far away hometown just to update phone nunber.
I know that sbi is leading banking in india but I recommend to make banking easier for customers.
