It is government bank, that means any one can open account in this bank. and it is a government bank so you don't have to pay too much money to open account you can start your account for free of charge.
it is located near your house because it's a national bank so there are branches of this bank everywhere and you don't need to travel too far . and good thing is that if you have ATM card then you will withdraw money at any time when you are in emergency because this bank give ATM service 24/7 day.
With it you can receive debit card + credit card but for credit card 1st you have to write a application for it but you will get debit card within 3-4 days time.
