Its good to see a bank which belongs to our country with branch banking system.even the return rates and loan availability is guite good.bt here the main problems.it has a very poor and understated customer, the employees in bank doesnt response to our questions.they make us wait for hours.when we go to them and ask the reason for delay, they just dont care us.rich in management but very poor in customer service
