Not so good experience banking with SBI. Review on State Bank Of India

I have opened an account with this bank 3 years back and I really liked the services earlier but when I enrolled my mother with this bank 2 years back is when we have started facing problems. She has not received her debit card yet. We have made several follow- ups but we do not know on how to get the debit card for my mother. The first time when she got her card, she has not received the passwords to her address. Hence she was not able to activate the card. She is a working women and she hardly gets time to go to bank and raise this issue. She had called up the representatives in call centres and asked for a solution. They told her to contact the branch office. She also went and contacted the branch office. What they advised is that the card is too old and she has to make a call to the customer care and tell them that she needs a new card so that they can block her previous card. Both has not worked. till now she has not received her card yet. Initially She had a problem with OTP as well but not now. In my case everything went smooth.
