No doubt it is the biggest bank of India & large number of branches. It may perhaps there is a long queue in Branches of SBI, But no other better alternate in ibanking systems rather than SBI. Customer friendly approach, no hidden charges, lowest Interest rate on loan, largest network, best net banking and always a helpful buddy for every customer.
Really I like most SBI & being a customer since 2002 when I had read in 6th standard now I have been a hondsome salaried account customer of SBI. 100% satisfied with services
