Very poor customer support for rewards program. For e-mails no response. Instore guys had no-clues.
When I was purchasing a printer in Stapes one of the staple employee told about the reward program for SME, I was happy to know and registered for the same. He assured me that I will get some money back offer along with one gift set.
Initially they told I have to purchase for 7500/- to get enrolled, I have purchased(I have purchsed for more than Rs 30, 000) and also submitted all the required document. Even now from the past two months I am waiting for the card and cash back vouchers.
Till now I send multiple e-mails, and visited many times to store about the cash bank
Worst customer support.
