Pathetic store. Review on Staples, Bangalore

I would like to share my horrible experience with Staples store at Marthahalli, Bangalore. I had purchased a chair (like an office chair) from here in June 2009 for Rs. 11, 000/-. Just after 4 months the seat and back cushion has gone.

On complaint to the store all they say is that the product has been misused and hence the cushion has gone. All I have done is to sit on the chair in my study. I mean thats what its meant for, what else can one do to misuse it!! The store manager (Shrinivas 9379102387) is the worst of the lot. Not at all ready to listen.

I have decided to file a consumer complaint against the store. For all the people who read this review, just a suggestion. Though the store looks good and all stuff, but the after sales service is very bad. Once they sell their product they are not even going to listen to your problem. Refrain from buying products from this store and spend somewhere else your hard earned money where stores cares for their customers. I have got an experience after wasting my Rs.11, 000/-
