Hi - I have been using this credit card for around 5 years, initially this comes with 1000Rs per year fee, but if you use more than 60K per year it will reversed, make sure you give a call to them otherwise it will be charged every year.
you get 5% cashback offers for all groceries etc and you can redeem points for different coupons like Amazon, flipkart etc
I have never faced any issue with customer service, I call them yearly once for reversal of charges nothing else.
