I m using standard chartered bank card very long time due to have some losses in my bissness. I will not make payment of my card. Today I called on customer care department then they ask ur card is permanently bolcked why they do like that I will make full payment of my card after that bank will make decision will issue my card or not.
Kindly suggest me what I do in that matter
