Amongst many of the issues to be discussed clerical jobs, clerical working-level, indian government offices are in well debate domestically and internationally also. Indian Administrative System is one
of the largest and in fact most complicated to be said in the world. India with large cross section of people and countless villages and urban cities, Public Administration is a mind boggling issue to the Government. As we are well aware of the fact that there are three types of Administrative Levels of work cadre 1)Upper Level 2)Middle Level 3)lower level. The lower level work cadre is very important and its the basis of all the paper works and clerical engagements. The clerical cadre employees recruitment, selection, appointment procedures is entrusted to a very important body called Staff Selection Committee. All most most of the undergraduates, graduates and even post graduates and even at this unemployment scenario apply for these ssc recruitment examinations conducted by ssc. One must remember that ssc is purely central body and the posts are purely central government. There are LDC and UDC posts in general offered by ssc. So those who are interested and feel much for government clerical jobs ssc is sole and the best way to go ahead of their life. But one must also remember that ssc is facing a lot of pressures and a negation about their honesty and execution of services. Because nepotism, red tapism, bureaucracy, corruption and other negative factors are putting the ssc and the central government on their toes all the way for years. Why is this happening? Well its not just only a particular thing to be accounted, but the whole system must be taken into account. Chopping from the root levels and medication and proper treatment by right diagnosis of the problem is very important. The Indian Government is at its behest trying to follow many Administrative Reforms but still there is a lot to be done. A change in the employees attitude about their morality, national patronage, service motto, work for only salary, proper updating through seasonal training & development programmes and infact many, many must be taken into access. Hope so soon atleast the situation will be much good enough in the service of nation.

bye then...

Pros:
A Very big Public Organisation in service of nation
Cons:
A lot of sooner improvements should take place - ashame of reform delays
