It would not be right to compare Stanislaus with other schools in Mumbai, simply because being a Stanislite is not only about schooling, in fact its about learning to live as a complete human being.
I passed out from Stanislaus in 1983, and now my son is in the 6th grade there.
I have had an opportunity to see his academic progress as well as note his mental progress, throughout these past few years in Stanislaus and I am proud to say that he is evolving into a fine young man thanks to the values and principles he is exposed to during his hours in Stanislaus.
I have been through the same and am thankful to the faculty of this fine Jesuit institution for all they have done for the good of the students and society as a whole, throughout these years. It is with fondness that I remember our then Spanish principal Rev. father V. Aleu, who was a truly magnificient person and totally dedicated to Stanislaus and Stanislites. He lived his life for us Stanislites and we are truly indebted to him.
It is good to see the traditional spirit of the school still reflecting, through the previous principal Rev. Fr. Lawrie SJ.and being carried forward by the current principal Rev. Fr. Jude S.J. who is also bringing in much needed changes in the systems of schooling, like the newly introduced filing system, in place of notebooks.
Thank you Stanislaus for all that I have gained through my years with you.
