My wife was admitted to St Johns Hospital to diagnose Stomach Fluid. Initially Senior Doctor was assigned but later assigned Junior PG doctor.Nobody had any clue about diagnosis including senior and junior doctors.Nurses were ignorant and irresponsible and informed just before Ultrasound about precautions to be taken and wait time for various tests were very long and cumbersome.wont believe that in middle of CT scan, another ultrasound scan was done for PG doctors to study.Lot of to and fro was done and took 4 days just perform one CT and ultrasound tests and even then could not figure out exact issue.
There was no doctors for Daily rounds and no care from whom so ever.
Finally fed up and asked for discharge and was told that Doctor was busy and couldn't give discharge by 2 pm for Insurance coverage, so decided to some get discharged anyway by paying from pocket.
patient was made to run around for Billing and Discharge summary was intentionally delayed by 4 hours and finally got discharged by 8pm and relieved that we escaped horrible experience.
