Medical college is for the students who are going to be future doctors. This college management is not trustworthy. they promise thousand things at the time of recruitment and welcome you with a golden carpet, but when they find something better ( even though it may be temporary) they treat you like beggars.
Talking to the management, getting an appointment is more difficult than getting an appointment with the president of india or america may be ! No powers with the dean. the facility in this hospital is worse than a primary health center but the expectation of the management is doctors should treat patients like in a well equipped corporate set up like apollo or manipal (ha...ha...ha...) when it comes to payment of salary the management says do not worry money will come but when it comes to extracting money from patients they will not even leave one paise. I dont think any doctor in this whole universe might have received a Rs 10 cheque as an incentive ! this can only occur in srinivas hospital.
Doctors come here and before they receive the appointment order they would have submitted their resignation letter. thats the funny thing in this medical college. to add to the fun a MS has joined now to ruin this hospital to greater heights. this man talks totally absurd. flight of ideas. emotional instability etc the ms and the management has become a lethal combination which will explode the hospital to the core. the management believes in people who are associated with them for the growth of the hotel. so they think that medical college is like hotel business but the canteen in the hospital is the worst....the surroundings of the hospital is so dirty that there is no doubt why the hospital has only malaria patients. this is give and take relation among the construction workers and the management. students are the worst hit in this institution. the results of the college is a valid proof for this. its only 27% pass first batch. even though the management extracts lakhs of rupees in the form of fees ( admission fees, sports fees, library fees) students have not seen a proper ground or football to play. when it comes on the sports day they go asking for money from the staff to buy the equipment for conducting the games. thats the fate of the students because of the management. The gymnasium has all second hand equipments. now tell me why the parents should spend their hard earned money on this useless management and admit their dear children to suffer under their hands. before the results are announced the management is worried about the second term fees!!!
There is still lots more............ if you actually want to see the things in this medical college join as a staff for one month you will get the experience of one year in one day. I can only give one terminology for this medical college ie FULLY FALTU MEDICAL COLLEGE. (FFMC) its A shama rao....... the word A stands for Aithal and Arpana........................................ a sample of the duty doctor room is here for a review photo. the library is great like a open corridor none of the computers are in working condition. the librarian has no idea of a medical journal. the pharmacy person has ot idea of antibiotic or antiepileptic... such is the condition of the medical college.............the story goes on and on........visit once and leave its a museum.......
