10 MBPS Wi-Fi campus Globalization in its wake has brought about competition in the quest for Knowledge and there is a relentless competition in each passing day. This necessitates in an engineer to be updated and the day is not far off for the Right of information to become a birth right for every individual. To this end we have installed Wi – Fi connectivity in our campus to mould the engineers to be ultra modern and competitive. Accessibility to the internet in a necessary for the employees to garner instantaneous information. Our staff members and guests have also the privilege to avail this facility. Student – Computer ratio 2:1 For strength of 1300 students we have 650 computers that provide a ratio of 2:1 in availability of computers. Gallery Type classroom Every class room in our campus is designed and built based on the principles of acoustics and ergonomics. A student seated at any part of the classroom can listen to the lecture clearly and accurately. The classrooms are with comfortable two seater desks/armchairs for the students to sit conveniently. The floor of the classrooms from the dias is gradually elevated so that the students can have eye contact with the professor on the Dias. Every classroom has LCD projectors. A student is also welcome to give power point presentations while taking seminars. Infrastructure structured to cut an edge Library Apart from being the most resourceful place in our campus, the Library functions 13 hours per day and is opened from 8.00 am to 9.00 pm on all working days except Government holidays. There are more than 10, 000 volumes of books, more than 100 journals and magazines covering extensive topics. Our digital library with 30 systems at the disposal of students to subscribe the online journals, to study from the web sources. Besides, every department also has separate library to further to fulfill the needs.
Our Library is computerized with an array of text and reference books. The Library comprises of Book section, Digital section, Journal Section, Digital Library Section, Reference Section, Circulation Section, Specialised collections of Books, Journals and Non-book materials are available in Basic Sciences, Engineering and Technology, Biotechnology, Environmental Science / Engineering, General Books, Carrier Guidance Books and Science & Humanities. Apart from these, we also subscribes to several international, national journals and magazines.
Standard textbooks and books by well-known authors are also available and efforts are made to obtain the books recommended by the faculty. A copier facility is also provided for those who access the library.
For day to day operation t 5 fully automated computers are available. Besides, Specialised Non-Book Materials on a variety of topics including Engineering, Computers and Management are available.

Systems for Digital Library 10 The entire text Database Subscription is under the INDEST - ‘Indian National Digital Library in Engineering, Science and Technology’ Consortium. It provides unparalleled full text access to publications from Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers(IEEE) and the Institute of Electrical Engineers(IEE). It includes 126 journals from IEEE, 21 journals from IEE, magazines, transactions, and 600+ conference proceedings as well as active IEEE standards over 1 million documents in all. It provides access to 1, 200, 000+ full text documents and more than two million full page PDF images, including all originals charts, graphs, diagrams, photographs and illustrative materials.The Digital Library has a collection of CDs and Floppy Disks. Around 1000 soft files of all disciplines including sources like GRE, GMAT, TOEFL, ISI codes etc.
