Cold drinks are generally required to fulfill your thirst during summers.There are wide varieties of Soft Drinks and their production will carry on.But many of these cold drinks contain flavours which are good in taste and everyone enjoys it.No one has ever thought of the side effectz of these cold drinks as such.Well i would love to make people aware of it who doesnt know.It is preferred to take lemonade drinkz or drinks made of lemon such as LIMCA,MOUNTAIN DEW,SPRITE,7 UP ETC. as they contain lemon n soda and NO other added flavours.While other drinkz generally COKES when taken in excess are responsible for PIMPLES.Then especially for FEMALES coke is very harmful as it reduces calcium from body resulting DEFORMITIES IN BONES and already woman require a lot of calcium.So these were the few things i could share with everyone.So i would prefer people who cant live without cold drinks to take the above mentioned lemon drinks as per their taste.As such drinks are also good fer digestion specially after heavy mid day meals.And also keeps the stomach n yer face in good condition.
